Where is the world does time go? I am lost for words….It seems I penned my April blog three days ago, NOT! Oh well……

This Spring has been non stop with our monumental out put, General Darby to Arkansas, The Canisius Griffin to New York and now the infamous, iconic Pope John Paul II, sculpted by our dear friend Teresa Clark…he has come full circle, over a year now and soon he will transported to the windy city of Chicago, HE looks magnificent! Very proud of the crew, they once again come through with flying colors! Well done folks…mother nature has been kind this Spring, I hope she let’s us finish this amazing project without any hitches, fingers crossed!

On another note, The Crucible Gallery is now in full steam for upcoming Norman Art Walks, always the second Friday of the month, the next few Art Walks we will have featured artists so make sure to check on our facebook page to see who is featured, we have some great ones to! Ok folks, thats my May wrap, now I am going to go torture the airways with my drone…haha…this should be interesting! Cya in June!

Hello! I’m in Oregon, but I’ve been following the news at Canisius College for months now in anticipation of the possible commission of the griffin statue on campus. I was so pleased to hear that the statue was made and safely delivered. I saw the pictures of the unveiling ceremony on the Canisius website today. What a beautiful statue it is!

All of you at Crucible do outstanding work. Maybe some day, if I go to New York, I’ll be able to admire the griffin statue in person.
